Refund and Returns Policy

Dear Costumer ,you have the right to return the jewelry within 30 days from the date of receipt, together with its packaging and the accompanying documents (proof of purchase, delivery note, certification if given). In case you want to return the jewelry, you must first contact us at narcissamos@hotmail.com or by phone at +30 22730 24801 .

In order to accept the return or exchange of your jewelry, the jewelry must not have been modified according to your instructions (size) or not made exclusively for you (private order). It must also be in the condition we sent it with its packaging intact (Bag, Box, Accompanying Documents and Certification) and be unwearable. If any of the above is not in the form you received it, then the return is not accepted by our company.Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If all the above conditions are met, then your jewelry will be sent to us at your own shipping costs and after a check by a specialist Gemmologist-Diamondologist, we will let you know if the change or return of your jewelry is accepted.

Refunds

If you choose to refund your money then it will be returned to you within 15 days to a bank account that you indicate to us. For the best service, please send by email the IBAN number of your bank account, the bank to which the account belongs and the name of the beneficiary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Agios Nektarios, Zervou , Samos Greece, Postal Code : 83100 .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
